If you do NOT select a wave by Midday on Tuesday 25th February 2020 you will be automatically allocated.
It is important to select your wave based on your estimated finish time and where your friends will be. Waves ordered by estimated finish time significantly reduce any congestion on the course which will improve your running experience – not to mention may just help you get that PB you are after!
